We're called to use February as our reset point— a conscious pause to reorganise from within, build coherence, and step forward aligned rather than reactive.

In this 90-minute workshop we’ll apply these same principles with a focused intention: moving from split energy and overwhelm into grounded coherence — so you can move forward feeling clear, resourced, and connected to your truth.

BONUS: Each participant will receive a guided coherence meditation to keep and continue working with beyond the session.
