Session 1: Sort out your Yoga Asana
This session is about the fundamentals of your yoga asana practice. You will explore the five underlying postures of yoga asana & through partner work and individual instruction, find how you can balance effort, breath and relaxation to create a fulfilling practice.
In this session you will gain the tools to be confident & comfortable & you’ll:
* Have a take-home daily sun-salutation
* Simplify your downward dog
* Lighten up your lunge
* Bring in breath support

Session 2: Deepen Your Practice - Meditation Magic
This session is about going deeper into a full practice that includes meditation.
In this second half of the day, we’re going to use the stillness we’ve created to slide into meditation. We’ll spend some time looking at the principles, open up the door on a few “secrets” and then put them into practice. There’ll also be some time for Q&A.
In this session we will:
* Slow everything down
* Find out the three tools for a lifetime practice of meditation.
* Explore common meditation blocks and how to overcome them.
* Find restfulness in meditation.
* Bring nurturing balance into your whole home practice.
