YOGA IMMERSION DAY
Saturday 15th May
It’s time to come back to yoga - With more confidence, resonance & Clarity
This Immersion has been developed to explore your yoga practice with compassion, non-judgment and curiosity.
Would you like to unpack the subtle alignment of your postures that change your practice from mundane or uncomfortable to enlivening and empowering?
Would you like to understand and experience how to shift your energy while you’re practicing?
Would you like to spend a full day in the true Yoga Zone of union, bringing all aspects of yoga into one place with like-minded people?
Then this immersion is for you!
Session 1: 10-12.30
Practicing With Awareness, Compassion & Love
In this session you’ll be introduced to the Gunas, the three energies of dullness/inertia, stimulation/aggression and balance/calmness - Tamas, Rajas and Sattva.
Our practice and indeed our life is always governed by these three energies.
Learning how to identify, incorporate and transform these energies is what takes your practice from hit and miss to a gateway of healing, balance and, enlivening
In this session you will:
Unpack your asana practice for a full review.
Learn how to move slowly and with awareness through your asanas, identifying and developing your correct alignment.
Be able to identify the dominant energy/guna in your practice, if that energy is serving you and how to shift it.
Learn specific pranayam techniques to bring balance to your practice, mind and body.
And so much more...
Session 2: 2-4.30
Rest, Renew & Reprogram
In this session you’ll be getting down low, going slow and using the energy of the 7 main chakras, mantras and specific breathwork to clear stagnant energy and create clear energy pathways.
This afternoon session has been designed to be slow and delicious.
In this session you will:
Practice restorative and familiar yin postures with awareness and ease to release areas of tightness, especially lower back, glutes and hips, upper back, neck and shoulders.
Energise and reprogram using chakra tools to clear energy centres and open energetic pathways (nadis).
Learn and incorporate the one specific pranayam technique to enhance energy flow and release “stuckness”.
Spend time focussed on releasing and reprograming for your own unique needs.
And of course, always much more...
Are you ready to Step Into The Full Potential of Your Yoga Practice?
Join Robyn Lynch as she guides you through two nourishing sessions of Yoga, bringing in her unique style of keeping things simple while opening you up to your full authentic empowerment.
She brings to this day the knowledge she shares as part of her lecturing program with the International Yoga Teachers Association, specifically on the Chakras, Gunas and the Yogic Energy Systems.
This is an area of Yoga that is often overlooked in asana practice and is integral in creating deep shifts, personal empowerment and moving forward in your own practice.
